How the Ion Cleanse Works:
An ion is a charged atom that has gained or lost an electron, and creates a magnetic field capable of neutralizing oppositely charged particles. These neutralized particles are pulled
out of the body through the skin via a process called osmosis, or the movement of particles
through a membrane, from a lower concentration to a higher concentration. In this case, the higher concentration is the ion field set up by the array in the water.
The array goes into the water with the hands, feet, or body, and the control unit delivers a small direct current into the array, which causes the metals within the array, in combination with the water and salt, to generate positively and negatively charged ions by separating the water into oxygen and hydrogen. The ions generated by the Ion Cleanse appear to travel through the body, and attach themselves to many different toxic substances, thereby neutralizing their positive or negative charge.
Contraindications:
Any person falling into one or more of the categories listed below should not use the Ion Cleanse:
1. Wearer of a pacemaker or any other battery operated or electrical implant.
2. Those on heartbeat regulating medication.
3. Organ transplant recipients
4. Anyone on medication, the absence of which would mentally or physically incapacitate them, such as psychotic episodes, seizures, etc.
5. It is best not to bathe pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers because the Ion Cleanse will pull toxins out of the tissues and fat that could impair fetal development and will become part of the milk that is fed to the newborn infant.
Healthy individuals can expect to feel lighter and experience a greater feeling of well being from each Ion Cleanse session. Some people with pain, edema, and swollen or deteriorating joints have reported symptomatic relief from Ion Cleanse sessions.
As a general rule, the maximum session frequency for clients under 50 years of age is once every other day for 14 sessions, with a three-week break before beginning the next sequence of 14 sessions. The maximum recommended session frequency for those over 50 is once every third day, with a two-week break after 14 sessions. Some people choose to do the Ion Cleanse as needed or during a cleanse to support detox.
I make it a better Ion Cleanse experience since I use either distilled, purified, or spring water. Most places use chlorinated tap water.

Many colors and objects will appear in the water during Ion Cleanse sessions as a result of the reaction between the toxins and particles in the water, any sea salt added to the water, the metals in the array, and the acidity or alkalinity of the client. All of these combine to produce color, even though no feet are in the water. The color produced by these reactions depends on the water’s toxic and chemical impurities in your geographic area. These two photos show the results of independent Ion Cleanse sessions. The photo on the left shows the results after the unit was run for 30 minutes using only the array system. The photo on the right shows the results after the unit was run for 30 minutes using the array system, along with a person's feet submerged in the water for the entire session. The photo on the right shows that many more colors and solids are present as compare to the baseline session.
Note: The unit was run for 15 minutes in the positive polarity, 10 minutes in the negative polarity, and 5 minutes in the positive polarity; plain tap water was used during both sessions.
Water is all around us, from the air we breathe, to the water we bathe in, to the water that we drink and use for cooking. All this water forms one unified field. Because our bodies are approximately 70% water, we ourselves interact with this field. The toxins in our bodies will look similar to the toxins predominant in a specific area; however, there will be more toxic particle in the water with the client’s feet immersed. You will also find that the water-based toxins will not stick to the side of the bucket and array, whereas substances coming out of the body will form a sticky ring that must be removed with a detergent or scouring powder.
